The third traditional welding method is oxyacetylene flame brazing, which is used for large diameter enameled wire welding, with disadvantages:

2. After one bottle is consumed, it requires working hours to replace it.
3. High pressure storage of gas cylinders requires special storage areas, which is inconvenient.
4. The combustion of acetylene has black smoke and a strong smell.
The last new welding process is oxyhydrogen flame enameled wire welding, which is similar to oxyacetylene welding and has the following advantages:
1. Oxy-hydrogen gas is produced and used on-site. It is not stored, ensuring safety.
2. Oxy-hydrogen gas is produced by electrolysis of water, and after combustion, it generates water vapor, which is not harmful to human health and environmentally friendly to the environment.
3. The flame temperature is up to 2800 degrees Celsius. The welding speed is fast, welder joint is strong and there is no false welding.
