The quartz glass tube vacuum sealing machine, also known as the oxyhydrogen flame melting and sealing machine, is a device that adopts mature water electrolysis technology to decompose water into hydrogen and oxygen gas. After passing through safety devices such as wet flashback arrester and electronic flame arrester, it is connected to the patented oxyhydrogen flame torch with a built-in flame arrester. The igniter is used to ignite and form oxyhydrogen flame, which quickly melts the quartz glass tube. This system is used for the oxygen free and anhydrous vacuum sealing and storage of material samples. The system includes an oxyhydrogen flame generator, an anti-backfire arrester, a glass tube vacuum sealing machine, a vacuum pump (mechanical or molecular pump), quartz glass clamps, and other standardized and customized precision quartz tube joints to ensure accurate matching with the quartz tube and ensure the sealing of the quartz tube.
