Hydrogen water bath machine have been commercially applied, but there is no research on the relationship between hydrogen water bath and human heat retention effect. Here are the latest research data:
The latest study used 24 healthy volunteers as the research subjects and used a thermal imaging analyzer to study the changes in body temperature after hydrogen water bathing. Based on the analysis of thermography data, it was found that under the same conditions at 41 ℃ and soaking for 10 minutes, hydrogen water bathing significantly improved the heat retention effect compared to non hydrogen water bathing. The retention effects were as follows: abdomen>thighs>upper limbs>hands>feet.
The hydrogen water index in the study is that there are two hydrogen concentration 185 and 548 ug/L (ppb), and the redox potential is −91 and −167 mV separately. Low concentration hydrogen water is prepared by electrolysis for 30 minutes, while high concentration hydrogen water is electrolyzed for 120 minutes. The control hydrogen water concentration was 0.8 ppb, and the redox potential was +479 mV.
