After you use the new oxyhydrogen machine for the first time,the first thing we should do is how to make and add electrolyte liquid solution.
1.Add electrolytic powder (electrolytic powder is potassium hydroxide) and pure water to the container and stir slightly.There will be heat produced during the dissolution process.It should be used after about 10 minutes under natural conditions.
2.Inject the dissolved electrolyte liquid into the electrolytic cell through a funnel, ensuring that the water level does not exceed the normal waterline or not below feeding waterline.
3.Unscrew the filter cup counterclockwise, pour the filter agent into 1/3 of the filter cup, then install the filter cup onto the machine and tighten it.
There is no need to add electrolyte solution again in daily use, only need to add pure water. The purpose of electrolyte solution is to improve conductivity, and they are usually replaced every 3-6 months to ensure the continuity and stability of their use.
In the process of using the oxyhydrogen generator, the quality of the electrolyte powder is closely related to the effectiveness of its use. It is recommended to be ≥ 99% purity of the electrolyte powder in order to achieve the stable gas production rate.
There are something should be pay attention.
For example 300L/h oxyhydrogen generator,there will be needed 1kg electrolytic powder and 1L pure water.
The electrolyte is potassium hydroxide, which is corrosive. If it gets on the skin, please rinse it repeatedly with clean water immediately.
It is recommended to use containers such as acid and alkali resistant plastics, ceramics, glass, etc., and other metal containers made of aluminum that react chemically with alkaline solutions should not be used.
The filter agent is distilled water or alcohol, which has the functions of regulating the flame, reducing the temperature of oxyhydrogen flame, and preventing backfire.
How to connect the flame torch and do trial test?
1.Open the flame torch box to check if the accessories are complete, select a suitable flame nozzle, and use a multi-functional wrench to tighten the flame nozzle onto the flame torch. Assembly the flame nozzle,flame body,flame holder,and gas pipe.
2.The other end of the flame torch’s gas pipe should be connected to a flame torch, with the arrow on the flame arrestor pointing in the direction of the flame torch. The other end of the flame arrestor should be connected to the outlet of oxyhydrogen generator.
3.After the oxyhydrogen generator is turned on, the pressure gauge will increase up. The gas production rate can be adjusted by rotating the gas production knob, with left rotation decreasing and right rotation increasing. Then, unscrew the valve of flame torch to regulate gas production for ignition test.
