Basic tips of how to use acrylic flame polishing oxy hydrogen generator
1.Adding pure water timely. If the liquid level indicator drops significantly, it is necessary to add pure water timely.But you don’t need add electrolytic liquid.
2.When the current significantly decreases, you should add an appropriate amount of electrolytic powder preparation.
3.After the first use, only 1 and 2 steps are required. If the electrolyte becomes dirty,or becomes ineffective due to excessive alcohol mixing after three months, it needs to make the new electrolyte liquid. When changing the electrolyte, please turn the machine upside down to drain the electrolyte. After draining the electrolyte, please flush the electrolytic tank and then refill the new electrolyte.
4.When adding or changing water, we should turn off the flame torch and power supply. Slowly unscrew the nut and add pure water until it does not exceed the high water line and higher than the low water line. Then we tighten the nut and restart the machine.
5.If there is accumulated water in the rubber hose, it will cause oxyhydrogen flame become yellow. Thus water should be discharged timely.
6.The alcohol in the auxiliary tank should not exceed the opening of the tank. If it exceeds the limit, the auxiliary tank should be promptly unscrewed and excess alcohol poured out.
7.We should regularly check that there is no air leakage at the connection of the rubber hose.
8.Pay attention to the alkaline electrolyte. If accidentally contaminated, please wash it with clean water timely.
9.When the pressure indicator is about 0.1MPA after power on the machine, the current indicator returns to zero and does not start, which it indicates that the machine is not leaking air.If the pressure decreases, the current will jump back and the machine is normal working now.
